I am a full time business process and management consultant.  My individual service is personal and flexible and I am involved in the Client’s project at all stages.  I always endeavour to deliver what I have promised to and will personally complete the process mapping, review, design and development stages, right through to the implementation phase, if required.

Assistance with the latter phases is perhaps a key differentiation of my service….not just offering direction and leaving the Client to try and work out how to implement.  I get changes properly introduced to the end users, so the stated benefits can be realised in reality and not just on paper.

So no initial sales pitch from a Senior Consultant (never to be seen again) followed by a graduate turning up to “learn on the job” and building their own CV experience at the Clients expense!

I have a proven track record, over many years, of delivering real working solutions and addressing complex issues in previous employers and Client operations.  My rates are very competitive for the experience offered and above all offer real value for money in terms of return on the input given.

I am based in Norfolk, although amend ltd can assist on projects within any area of East Anglia, the UK or further afield as required.  Previous projects have spanned from Bristol, through to East Anglia, the Midlands and up to Aberdeen (so distance really is no barrier).

Carl was commisioned to analyse and provide a status, risk analysis and next steps relating to the planned migration of data from a legacy system into a new SQL server based system (within a project that encountered problems and was potentially going to overrun).  Within a very restrictive time window, he was able to produce a root cause analysis of the fundamental issues apparent within the project, recommend tailored solutions based on the project constraints to resolve these and articulate the rationale supporting the recommendations, in the form of an executive summary. This report was used to decide the future project direction at Board level.  Carl was able to deal with the detail entwined with overall higher level strategic goals at the same time, as well as understanding the practical limitations of the implementation into a live environment.  I would recommend him for most "problem" scenarios, where he is able to quickly determine direction and activity under pressure.
